    So many women focus on finding the perfect arm workout,  The Flat Belly Formula  the perfect supplement or the perfect diet. And many times, said women actually burn out before even getting started because they are trying to find that perfect solution. I have some good news, there is no perfect anything. However, I do have 4 rapid fire tips for staying motivated if you're trying to lose arm fat: 1. Motivate yourself with a carrot, not a whip. How many times do you tell yourself, "I have to work out today", "I should be eating a healthy meal", or "I must be strict." Use this type of internal verbiage, and your motivation will erode. Instead, tell yourself that you WANT to do it. Visualize the positive outcomes of your behavior, not the negatives of not doing.
